Weight loss question-MD


I jioned SCS this month but i had started a keto diet in May and so far I’ve lost 17lbs. I’m currently 259 so have over 100 left to go but I’m very excited for all SCS has to offer! My question is: When I have the urge to have something that’s not on my protocol I am able to tell myself “ you don’t want that” or “you don’t need that” and it works! I just want to make sure that this is enough since I’m not really delving into any feelings. what do you think?
