Weight Set Point

Hi Coaches!
I think I remember hearing Brooke explain about our body’s natural weight set point. It may be in the overeating class? My question is: Do we really have a natural set point with our weight? Or is that something that is made up to justify not working on over desire/urges? I have a thought that I will never be able to weigh what I want due to my body’s natural set point. If you could guide me to a video or podcast where Brooke speaks about this I would appreciate it! Any insight from you as well would be lovely! Thank you!
