What do you do about hate?


What do you do when you feel hate?

I have had folks I haven’t been crazy about before. Now I think I truly hate someone who I cannot avoid.

I believe in my reasons for hating this person.

However, wishing they would just not exist doesn’t seem like a reasoned plan for how to deal with their ongoing presence in my life.

I guess I don’t know how to deal with the feeling and I don’t know how to deal with the person, or the ongoing litany of continued interactions required.
