Ok, so what you mean by this question is start choosing thoughts to think that will give me the results I want to create in my life? My struggle is finding a thought that I believe (the bridge thought)
My thought loop that currently plays is “You’re not a good communicator, you’re patients don’t understand you” “You don’t articulate well enough” “You’re not clear enough”.
Doing the thought downloads this past week and this continues to be my pattern. How can I come up with a bridge thought for you’re not a good communicator”
This is what I’ve tried out: “I’m learning to communicate clearly” but I don’t believe it yet. Do I keep thinking this until I do? I appreciate your insight.
