What is the next step to overcome thoughts and feelings about a missed opportunity

I am new to the model and using it to understand my thoughts and feelings around missing the opportunity to purchase what feels like the “right house for us”:

C – We missed the opportunity to see a house and it was purchased
T – We missed our house. It’s been months and I still think about this house. We haven’t found the right house since then because it doesn’t exist.
F – Disappointment
A – Being more critical of houses that come on the market; comparing them to that one house
R – Still looking for our house
