What Others Think and Liking Myself

How do I think less about what other people think of me?

I want to care what I think about me. I want to like me.
And that seems like the best first step.

It sometimes feels like I was given (not from choice) a “just okay” body and personality and I have to learn to like it. The liking and loving is not innate.
It’s work to like something I would not have chosen to begin with.
