If my thought is ” I am so lonely”, what kind of questions should I ask myself to get more curious about my own mind and open more awareness to help myself further? I want to act as a coach for myself to ask those powerful questions as my coach after getting the model.

Why am I so lonely?
How does lonely feel like in my body?
What’s so bad about feeling lonely?
What’s so good about feeling lonely?
What if it’s true that you are lonely?
Can you help me come up with more questions or give me some tips on what kind of questions I should ask myself to poke more holes on my T line?
