what should I eat??

I started to listen to the Over Eating workshop. Got to intro #14. I have to say its the first time that all the “overeating ” concept makes a lot of sense to me. I really want to stop eating flour and sugar but I feel I luck the info about it, what should/shouldn’t eat?? can I have a specific list? Also, I don’t eat chicken but fish is okay but since I cant eat it every day I would appreciate if you could give me ideas of what to eat? I guess I am asking for a menu if possible. Thank you
