What Should My Goal Weight Be?

I’m 5’8 and 145 lbs. and 30 years old. I don’t eat sugar or flour except my joy eat once a week. My protocol is non starchy veggies, proteins and healthy fats, 3 meals a day. I try not to eat past a 4 on the hunger scale, but I do overeat a few times a week on average. I’ve been on this protocol ALMOST nonstop since September. I look and feel healthy but I want to be slimmer just because. Sometimes I think this is my ideal weight and losing more is not being kind or loving with myself or my body. What should my goal weight be?
