What’s a good before sleep routine?


What is your routine for before going to bed?

I wake up at 5:30. I leave for work at 8:30, I come back at 6:15. In the evening, I work for my starting business for about 2hours.
I get a bit too pumped up, and do additional things on top of that, such that I go to bed at 11:30-12.

I don’t feel the tiredness for many days, then I do, and I catch up on sleep by taking naps during the day. And then the cycle begins again.

I would like to go to bed earlier, ~10pm. I think a routine before going to bed would help me.

Do you have recommendations for a good routine that will help me fall asleep quickly, sleep well, and let my body rejuvenate in a steady consistent way?
