When the A & R is also an F

I find that so many times when I do the model, my feelings don’t provoke so much action as more feelings, and the result might be a sense of something but not an action. Maybe I’ve gotten used to managing reactions so they don’t result in actual action in the physical world, or maybe I’m missing something.

For instance.

C: Dad gives house to only son, not to daughters
T: It isn’t fair and it’s sexist
F: Abandoned, second class citizen, rage.
A: ? Slightly less intimate relationships with father and brother
R: ? Not much is different.

Maybe the A line here should be “wrangle self into being loving and accepting in spite of Dad’s actions because I love them.” and R: should be “Quiet, seething resentment I constantly have to contain.”

What do you see?
