When to eat


I’m curious to know what your thoughts are on whether there’s a best time to have your eating window. I know you don’t eat in the morning and you’ve encouraged your SOM students to do that as well. Is there a hormonal reason for this? I’ve read on outside sources that our hormone levels are naturally different at different points in the day but I’m not clear on what the effect is. Or is it just personal preference?
