When to feel emotions and when to use the model?


Hi Brooke
I am brand new to Scholars and am excited to br part of your program! I have listened to many of your podcasts! I know you talk about not buffering and making sure you feel your feelings. But other times you discuss using the model if you want to have different feelings and different results. I am trying to figure out when to just let the feelings be and when to use the model to work on changing them.
