Where to start with weight loss?

I just joined scholars specifically for the weight loss program. I started working on the suggested curriculum but am wondering if I should complete the Urge Jar program first before the overeating program. I am on part 5 of the curriculum and feel very overwhelmed with the fasting protocol and the no sugar/no flour. Any advice? Or just keep moving ahead with the suggested curriculum. I also want to work on time management and clutter. But first want to learn to manage my mind and process emotions (as I know they are all related). Thank you!
