Work and negative emotions

I’ve gotten a lot of coaching on my job but I’m still struggling with feeling lots of anxiety and dread every morning. I dread looking at my email. I am afraid that I’m going to make mistakes. I’m afraid that I’m going to get in trouble with my boss. I’m afraid that I don’t know enough of what I’m doing. I’m like stuck in these models. I keep wanting to get away from this feeling and to feel better. Do I need to stay with this model and get more curious about it?
