I set up a time each day at 8am when I do the SCS workbook, but I find that the it’s totally not enough for me. Almost, I dare say, meaningless.
And the reason is that each time of day before I have a new To Do block of time I need to coach myself to do it all over again.
— I need to coach myself to stay in fasting mode from the moment I rise and until noon.
— I need to coach myself to sit down and work on my business at 8am and stay focused and undistracted until lunch time, and then resume the work after lunch.
— I need to keep saying no to the phone that rings and text messages from friends and family.
— I need to coach myself to not snack until dinner time.
— I need to coach myself to go to the gym everyday.
The ten minutes I spend filling the notebook simply doesn’t last beyond that moment.
