I am absolutely loving being in Self Coaching Scholars.
Sometimes I chew Xylitol gum after meals because it helps to maintain the health and well-being of my teeth.
Chewing Xylitol gum after meals was recommended by dentist whenever I am not able to brush my teeth and has been a positive game changer for my oral care.
I am currently on a protocol of:
Coffee with heavy cream in the morning
Lunch at Noon: Protein + Carbs + Fat
Dinner before 8pm: Protein + Carbs + Fat
I am totally off of Sugar + Flour + Alcohol for at least 2 weeks.
Will chewing Xylitol gum adversely affect my protocol?
