After listening to the podcast on self sabotage, I am not sure how to reframe what I think was not great about yesterday. I wrote that what wasn’t great is I still can’t get into a rhythm at work and I had no idea what was going on with a client’s project. This is a problem because I can’t do my best work when I’m overwhelming and in this negative spin cycle. So I guess it’s self-sabotage. But you said it’s an action and not a circumstance so I am not sure how to reframe this so it’s truly good. I mean, what’s good is to gain greater awareness of myself doing this but beyond that I’m not sure.
