Just listed to episode 80 of the podcast. So so good. As a fellow hot vinyasa yoga girl, this episode and the teachings of Stephen Cope really resonated with me. Holding those poses and being so physically challenged/uncomfortable and doing it anyway correlates so perfectly with feeling uncomfortable feelings and wanting to overeat and just doing your protocol anyway. I know i can do hard things in yoga, and I’ve just realized how that means that I can do hard things in the rest of my life too. Also, that it’s the process/the practice, not necessarily the end result that matters the most. Thank you.
