What is a ladder-ing method to help me separate I am only valuable when I’m doing something? That if I am not doing something I am not valuable, that ultimately turns into I’m not worth it or not good enough. Doing something is very motivating because when I do something I am rewarded. However, I see that I over do things and then its an anxiety that still gets filled with not good enough. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.
