You’ve improved my life – and my mornings!

Thank you for what you do. It’s truly changed my life – and particularly my mornings.

As a creative who’s experienced suicidal ideation for significant chunks of my life, I was stunned by the news this week of the loss of Kate Spade to suicide.

I’m so grateful I started listening to your podcasts and started SCS in January so I could learn to manage my brain. The model and your work have made years of therapy and self-help study click into place.

Hearing you talk openly about managing your own anxiety gave me confidence that I could too. I still wake up most mornings with anxiety and unhelpful thoughts, but instead of lying in bed trying to sleep or will the thoughts and feelings away, I do the work of managing my mind — and it works! The podcast episode on Morning Thoughts is brilliant for repeated listening too.

I’ve always wanted to help people. Now, more than ever, I want to get my coach training ASAP so I can help creatives to manage their minds, so they can continue to add beauty to this world.
