I had big plans this year, too expand the physical space of my business , ie. Increase my lease overhead. Develop new niches in my business which would involve investment in equipment $70k +. I now feel hamstrung and frustrated as economic commentators predict a recession. Having lived through the last recession in my business, and recalling the stress, anxiety, worry it lead to, I am scared to make any big financial commitment. But I am really annoyed that this will delay me achieving my impossible goal of essentially doubling revenue.
