I have a couple of online real estate marketing courses I am selling. We already run a real estate marketing agency but are now making our courses available to others online. I am going to drive traffic through Facebook ads and am looking for some thoughts on the following.

1. Should my ad go to a funnel that leads to the course registration or should it go to a freebie and then I sell the course through email marketing and webinars?

2. Do I ever advertise the course or just the freebies?
