I am creating a webinar about being a family caregiver and the guilt we have when it comes to our parents. For example, guilt from past behavior or guilt about how much/how little we do for them as caregivers. The family caregiver I am targeting is caring for their parents who are in assisted living or have dementia. These caregivers are parents and have children to care for, so time management and becoming overwhelmed with all the responsibilities is enormous. Can you give me examples of coaching that I can review and better understand how to coach on these feelings of guilt? Thanks!
