I’d like to create some new goals for my business and put them in the R line. Money – revenue or profit is an “easy” one, and I’d like to have others. My goal in business is delighting my clients. I want to provide so much value and overdeliver that they refer me to their friends. Personally, I feel as though meeting the money goal will follow with delighted clients.
