Imposible goal of $300 K for this quarter


My goal from Sept 1- November 30 is $300 K.
I also have a big time impossible goal of $71 K in December while I am away on holiday, so my team will be handling this outcome. The idea is that the processes I have created for making the first $300 K will be perfect for the December goal

How it breaks down is:
$98000 is confirmed with money coming in for courses already in action.
$30000 is confirmed with process in place for my 1:1 registration
$7500 is a bit of a stretch but not huge
The remaining I have allocated for 3 other programs
$30 K H&R
$80 K lead gen for H&R
$63.5 K OA

It is interesting to see how the first 3 on the list feel doable. I have much more uncertainty for the last three. And when I feel uncertainty, I go for actions which can feel like spin, or my actions feel more stressed out. I’d like to finish the year not stressed out, but knowing I have built an incredible machine that produces $300 K each quarter with a very sizable profit.

So. the model is.

C – $300 K revenue September 1- November 30
T – I am not sure I can do this.
F- Uncertain (somatically I feel disconnected from my belly)
A – Spin, do stressed out actions (could be the same actions I would do if I felt clear and confident but they have different energy)
R – I stay confused, don’t gain clarity because the spin adds to more stress adds to more uncertainty.

This becomes fun to see just how it begins with belief. And I can feel this as I witness this model above, and the power I have to create exactly the result I have (which is evidence that I can do this and evidence that after $300 K this quarter, that the December goal will be an extension of this and not only that, I can do $500 K per quarter and then $800 K per quarter).

F – Clear (somatically I feel this as an open feeling in my belly and chest and firmly on my feet)
A – Review my plan the night before. Thought download the morning of. Set myself up for success. Follow my plan, treat each action like an experiment and learn from it, keep doing what does work and stop and refine what doesn’t, See the bigger picture with my team, and coordinating with vendors in a timely way. Monitor financial success in my spreadsheet each day, week and month.
R – I am clear on where I am and what I need to do

T – This will be fun
F – Confident (Somatically I feel this as standing tall)
A – Follow my plan, treat each action like an experiment and learn from it, keep doing what does work and stop and refine what doesn’t See the bigger picture with my team, and coordinating with vendors in a timely way. I ask for help. I use Ask a Coach to get clear, use my diamond calls to reconnect and clear out any muck or IM’s that get in the way of clarity and confidence.
R – I have fun in the realization of my goal
