Is offering a variety of coaching services too general even if I’m serving a specific customer avatar?

When defining my niche, I’m needing a little help understanding if I’m narrow enough. I currently work with women creatives, specifically in the visual and fiber arts field, and I coach on time management and business. However, my expertise is also weight management, which I’d also like to offer to the mix. Jody Moore offers a wide range of coaching categories, but her customer avatar is what makes her focus very specific – coaching women with LDS values. So, the question is – as long as the customer is very specific, is it OK to offer a variety of coaching categories as long as I’m talking to the same kind of customer?
