I just love the whole concept of Monday Hour One. Thank you for your awesomeness! I need help clarifying the point about constraint and how it would work in my business. I offer done-for-you and done-with-you services. Each project runs 8-10 weeks, and we usually have 3-5 projects going on at one time. Obviously this will continue since we’re in business to make money therefore, in this case, would constraint be a collection of client work…those 5 projects. We max out at 5 projects and only take on a new project when one of the 5 is completed. So would client work be one big project for a batch of 5, then my internal projects are separate where I choose one. For example, we’re launching a new course in February so the next two weeks will be a focus on that. Then the course is completed and I move to creating my batch of blogs for the following month, and so on. Is that how it would look with this process?
