Staying in the better thoughts/feelings


I procrastinate a lot. I’ve done the work to find the thoughts and feelings that will help me take action that moves my business forward. My challenge is staying in the better thoughts/feelings that serve me, as the inner critic-type thoughts frequently pop back up, which throws me back into inaction. I struggle with this back and forth between the thoughts/feelings that hold me back vs the thoughts/feelings that move me forward. I do create some space to allow the negative feelings, but it’s frustrating how much time that consumes and it makes me want to give up. How can I better manage my brain to stop this back and forth or reduce the amount of time the negative thoughts/feelings linger?
