I am trying to do the 10-year plan proposed by Brooke. But I am having a hard time.
How do you define how much money you’re gonna make in 10 years, you just guess? Same for customers. I end up doing the math from year 1. How many customers can I have, how much they pay and then going up. But it does not seem to be a lot of money.
Same for numbers of assets. How do you define that? Do you just guess? I have many assets.
So you just do the math: how much you charge for a service multiplied by the number of clients = Revenue?
