Hey Coaches! So I have worked this 1000 ways from Sunday and would love your input. I suffer every time a client complains/ isn’t happy with my studio or a decision I make regarding them wanting to quit/ etc.
C: Client writes ‘I am disappointed..’
T: (all I can think is ‘uhoh’)
A: I try to stop them from being mad by giving them what they want, I text my staff asking for answers (in a mad way), I bitch about the client to my staff trying to make the client seem unreasonable and crazy
R: I feel bad about not sticking to my policies, I get in a really bad mood take it out on my kids, husband, staff
