Impossible Goal – Losing 100 Pounds


I need some help coming up with my fails.

In the context of losing weight, all I can think about are the habits I want to build this year (things like no sugar, no flour, plan my meals ahead, allow urges, walk for 30 min every day, etc.)

How can I turn these habits into fails per quarter? Or am I thinking about the fails the wrong way?
