How do I know when I’m at my “perfect weight”? I have learned so much from you and I’m finally consistent in my weight for the first time in my life. I feel good in clothes…and have done a ton of thought work on how I think about myself naked to say that I’m not nearly as critical as I was (a huge accomplishment for me). That being said, my weight loss history was always on and off…up and down..yoyo deluxe. Even though I’ve been consistent for over one year now (yeah!!!!!!), I still second guess myself that I should lose more, that I haven’t reached the perfect weight yet. But the thought that comes up then is that I’ll never be able to maintain a lower weight now that I’ve mastered my current weight.
