How to get back at it?

I am in PNP and initially lost 36 lbs when I first joined in March 2018. When people started noticing. Also, I believed I was finally going to lose the weight and it scared me. I’ve been over weight my whole life I started gaining it back. I have gained 25lbs back and I can not just seem to start losing again. I make a 24 hour plan almost every day and I break it every day. How do I get my mind right to start loosing again? I want to lose this weight so I can stop putting my energy and focus into it and put that in starting my coaching business.
