Hi Brooke! So excited for this. I had a baby 6 months ago. I gained somewhere between 55-60 lbs during my pregnancy. I have been extremely consistent with my diet and exercise the past 5 months and am now 6lbs away from my pre-pregnancy weight (which is my goal weight). These last 6 lbs are taking much longer. It’s been 3-4 weeks and even with my consistency of diet and exercise I haven’t lost any weight. I have noticed that sometimes a few weeks will go by without me losing weight and then all of a sudden it seems 1 day I lose 3 lbs and it stays off. But this hasn’t been happening with this last 6lbs. I’m not sure if I should exercise more, eat less, or just keep it up for another month to see what happens. Your advice would be appreciated!
