What’s next?


Brooke! Been following you for awhile (year and a half) and have lost 20 lbs total, but seem to be at a plateau. Is it just taking time for my body to catch up, do I need to change more (currently: intermittent fasting, no carbs no sugars except for 1-2 cheats a week, exercise 4-5 times a week) or is my body just a pain in the ass?.
The weight came off fast at first, then I played with what my routine would be everyday, struggled, got back on, did a cleanse, increased exercise. And now I have been doing the above regimen for 3 months now. Can’t seem to get the next 9 lbs off. My goal is to weigh 200lbs. I haven’t been there since my 20’s.
What’s next?
