Can the ‘100 urges’ practice be applied to procrastinating (indulging in useless thought, checking email, checking facebook, checking ‘ask brooke’ lol, etc.) the same way it’s applied to stopping overdrinking?
Or do I procrastinate because I don’t have a compelling enough reason to not procrastinate?
Or maybe both strategies could work, and I could apply them both?
