A plan for inconsistency

One of the thoughts that came up as an obstacle to my impossible goal is “You’re not consistent enough.” When I was writing my plans for each obstacle, I kind of got stuck on that one. I said I would just do something every day, but that was kind of vague. I keep thinking maybe I just need to practice consistency to be more consistent. And just keep doing things even if I skip a day or more. Just go back and keep doing it until it becomes a habit. Is there anything else or a resource you can direct me to that would help me in that area. It’s been a problem most of my life.
