accepting reality of anxiety doubt and fear


I get so much out of watching the live coaching calls; thank you Brooke. One of these days I’ll show up to be coached myself. Lots of questions and coaching on todays call on pursuing goals, dealing with the self doubt and fear that arise, deciding to have own back, being 100% in. Very applicable to me and my issues. Can I run a model by you? I decided to put fear, self doubt and anxiety in the circumstance line to work toward accepting the reality of living with them:
c- fear, self doubt and anxiety
t- why hello it’s you three again; I’m going ahead anyway so get used to it!
f- lighthearted, playful, unbound
a- go ahead and keep moving, do as planned
r- closer to goals, and prove to myself: fear doubt and anxiety didn’t kill me!
