Alcohol On Protocol


I am two months scholar and completed watching and filling the workbook of the stop overeating program.
My goal is to lose 30 pounds.

I created a protocol that is similar to Brooke’s with lunch and dinner and IF. I eliminated flour, sugar, snacking, and all grains.

My question is: Once a month or two months I go out for dinner and enjoy a glass of red wine. Does alcohol fall under the category of sugar or not? If so, shall I plan that to be my exception?
