I am coaching a client who has picked an 16/8 eating window, no sugar and flour, no snacking, but includes a JOY eat 1-2 times per week, which usually includes 2 glasses of wine or 2 beers. She is very frustrated about her slow weight loss, about 9 pounds over 12 weeks. She is (5″2, started at 195 lbs., is at about 186 lbs.) Would you think alcohol is the contributing factor to the slow loss? Also, can you help me understand how alcohol impacts weight loss for most people? Thank you so much.
