Hi Brooke,
I am going to start a 6-week workout program as of Monday, January 14th and I am choosing to not drink any alcohol. I am nervous because I consider myself a social drinker. I casually have a drink on the weekend when I get together with my sister. However, I don’t like the fact of feeling anxious about not drinking at all. I am actually surprised at myself for feeling this way.
