Anxiety as the Circumstance

I have been coached that my anxiety can be a circumstance, which is mind-blowing, and I’m working with it.

How does this look:

Unintentional Model

C: Anxiety
T: I wish I didn’t have anxiety
F: Helpless
A: Ride the waves of panic and despair
R: Continue to push through, but with deep feelings of dread and panic

C: Anxiety
T: I hate myself
F: Despair
A: Wallow in the feelings
R: Hate myself more

Intentional Model

C: Anxiety
T: Hello there, I know you
F: Settled
A: Move on with my day
R: Live with anxiety
