Hi Coaches: This week, I feel very apathetic. Like every day is the same and boring and now I don’t even have junk food to enjoy anymore. I have good habits: sleep enough, eat my salads and no sugar no flour, move my body daily. But the daily monotony of “wake, work, cook dinner for the kids, clean the kitchen, workout, go to sleep” has got me in a rut. I feel very unmotivated and haven’t had any enjoyment these past few days. I used to make time to write books, but I don’t even really care anymore. Tips on where to start? Thanks – I’m super grateful to have your help on this.
