Being an introvert during COVID Part 2

If I believed the universe had conspired to make this happen for me, I’d be thinking thoughts like:
– This is hard, but I know it’s going to be so worth it.
– I’m so grateful for this opportunity.
– This time is a gift.
– Between this and Coach Certification, I’m in the perfect set up for the growth I want most.
– Nothing has gone wrong.

Obviously these thoughts are not fully believable to me right now. I’m not sure where to go from here. It seems kind of two-fold – believing a new thought and doing the emotional work, which is already overwhelming my brain a little. How should I approach it?
