Better not to have thoughts?


With the Model, we learn to see our thoughts and shift them to thoughts that are actually useful to us, to achieve the results that we want on our lives.

But what if the goal was not having positive thoughts but rather not having thoughts at all?

The Buddhists say that the talking mind is the main obstacle to inner peace, and we are all looking for this. People have achieved this state. Why not going into this direction rather than trying to change our minds?
