Thought Download

Hi there,

I’ve been trying to do my thought downloads first thing in the morning before I open my email to start work and I find I either get a list of things to do OR I have a very large/long narrative going on about something – almost like I am consciously telling a story. I will even go through the narrative of what I want to say to my coach during my 20-minute session, or what exact word I will write to ask this question.

The reason I think this is a problem is that I don’t feel like I can explore my thoughts effectively using the model if they are either a list of tasks I need to complete or a really long story. How can I really focus to hear my thoughts?
