I understand that your thoughts create your feelings……but can your feelings create your thoughts? I’ve been working on what is going on for me leading up to a binge (not paying attention to thoughts/feelings during large amounts of eating). I know I’m not feeling my feelings since I’m covering them with food. Thank you in advance!
C: I get off work and eat food off my protocol
F: tired, stressed
T: I deserve this, I just don’t care right now, I’ll start tomorrow
A: eat all the food, go numb, not honoring my protocol
R: gain weight
