Interesting development since I started urge jar and have quit eating so much at night. I realized I’m bored in the evenings. I have two young kids and thought I was “busy.” Now I realize I’ve been doing not much of anything and am bored. Hmmmmm. Now where to go next with this new information? Ideas for thoughts?
