Can you share some advice on how to stop using work as a buffer? I find that it is something I do but that I rationalize it as working towards my goals since I am successful in my career and a high performer. That said, I do realize that I allow work to supersede all of my other goals (personal life – relationships, self-care, exercise, etc.) which is why I am now starting to think that I use work as a buffer.
